This page explains what Haven Protocol collects and why.

The dated Reader Library Privacy Notice describes account, billing, analytics, retention, provider, and privacy-request details.

What is collected

• No account is required to read public chapters. Hosting logs and Google Fonts requests can still receive technical information such as your IP address.
• Your email address, if you create a reader account. No newsletter subscription is offered at launch.
• Reading progress, if you are signed in, so a chapter resumes where you left it.
• Purchase and billing-address records, processed by Stripe and reconciled to Reader Library access. Card details never reach this site.
• Survey responses and structured feedback you choose to submit.

What is not done

• Reader email addresses are not sold.
• No advertising profile is built from reading behaviour.

Analytics

The Reader Library records basic page, chapter, checkout, and survey events to understand use and operate the service. It does not use those events for third-party advertising.

Removing your data

Email privacy@longreturnsaga.com to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to the retention described in the Reader Library Privacy Notice.
